Gas Bill

So, I just recently received my first gas bill... and can I say, it was a pretty BIG deal. I've always had central heating, and haven't had to deal with boilers and such, so this was all new to me. You have to turn it on and off, or set it on a timer with a schedule, but of course when it's cold all day and night, I'm not turning it off.

This philosophy however changed when I laid eyes on the bill, and now my apartment is quite close to the outdoors of Finland, where I come from. Aside from all the nostalgia, it really is cold in there, having to wear more layers indoors than out is a new phenomenon, and means that some sort of ingenious plan must be devised - I will have to turn the heater on and off. Clever, right?
